Private Residence - Jacksonville, FL
Located within the Epping Forest community:
Native plants, drought tolerant and salt tolerant plants were used throughout the site.
Scope of work included: Landscape Plans; Hardscape Plans including Pool/Spa, Sidewalks, Fence and columns, Driveway.
Private Residence - Atlantic Beach, FL
Located on combined lots just one block west of the Atlantic Ocean:
Native plants, drought and salt tolerant plants were used throughout the site. All turf and shrub beds on separate irrigation zones for water conservation.
Scope of work included: Landscape Plans; Conceptual Hardscape Plans including Pool/Spa, Sidewalks, Fence and columns, Driveway.
Private Residence - Jacksonville, FL
Located on the South bank of the St. Johns River:
A 1.25 acre heavily wooded lot. Native plants used almost exclusively throughout the property.
Scope of work included: Landscape Plans, Hardscape Plans (including: Pool/Spa, Pool Deck, 400 LF of retaining walls, 450 LF Driveway, 2200 SF Motor Court), Fencing, Lighting, Irrigation.
Private Residence - Jacksonville Beach, FL
Located in The Sanctuary gated community:
Low water use / Low maintenance plants used throughout the project. Used gravel mulch due to periodic flooding of lake.
Scope of work included: Landscape, Fountain, Wood Deck & Steps , Lighting, Irrigation.
Private Residence - Atlantic Beach, FL
Located on Seminole Road:
Low water use / Low maintenance plants used throughout the project.
Scope of work included: Landscape Design and Installation.
